2. Return Eligibility

- Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Undergarments or intimate wear
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- J3Melanin Dolls (if packaging seal is broken)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection within 3–5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect item sent
If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide order number and photo evidence
- We will resolve the issue promptly
